"Uncle Vernon...let out a bellow like an angry bull and dived at Harry, grabbing him by the ankle.
Ron, Fred, and George seized Harry's arms and pulled as hard as they could.
'Petunia!' roared Uncle Vernon. 'He's getting away! HE'S GETTING AWAY!'"
Well, Fred didn't fit in the picture, he's behind the wheel, so it's just George and Ron pulling on Harry's arms.
I had a hard time choosing what to draw for this chapter, there's so much good stuff. Besides Harry's escape, there's also the Burrow itself, and the gnome toss. But, as I suck at drawings of architecture (would that have mattered for the Burrow?), and hadn't drawn any pictures of Uncle Vernon...well, there you have it.
